Our Inspiration

Shawarma Gourmet was born out of a deep-rooted love for authentic Lebanese cuisine.

Inspired by the rich Middle Eastern culinary tradition, we embarked on a journey in 2015 to present the exquisite taste of Lebanon to Cebu.

We've come a long way since our modest beginning in the the industrial part of Mandaue City's Parkmall.

As our fabulous cuisine gained popularity, we expanded with two kiosks in Mambaling
Shopwise and within Parkmall's Savemore Supermarket area.

Having embarked on our journey in 2015, 2023 marks our eighth year of delivering Fresh Wholesome Goodness.

We've made our mark, and we continue to serve our customers with the same passion and commitment that we started with.

We adapted to meet the increasing demand by relocating to Escario Central Mall in Cebu City in 2017.

This strategic move reshaped Shawarma Gourmet's identity as a destination restaurant, making us a household name among locals and tourists alike.

Hidden Gems of Cebu City
The shawarma, hummus, baba
ganoush, and tabboleh are must
try. The friendly Lebanese owner,
Mr. Mansour, even brought out
extra dishes and drinks that were on
the house. That’s hospitality for you.

Absolutely Delicious
Absolute gem in Cebu. Food was absolutely delicious. The falafel, chicken shawarma wrap and chips were amazing. The spicy garlic sauce was heavenly. The service was impeccable the staff very attentive and main man very friendly and helpful recommending things to try on the menu. Would recommend the cheese in pastry and the lamb and beef balls. A great find in Cebu!
